Conservation Fellows Seek Housemate

IMG_20170402_185437322Two conservation fellows are currently seeking a new roommate for early June until 31 August 2017, with a possibility to join the lease and stay through 31 August 2018.  The room is fairly large, with an ensuite bathroom with shower/bathtub.  House is 3br 2.5 bath, and is currently occupied by to young conservators and a cat.  The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a back patio area.  Two floors, with bedroom on second level.

The classic rowhouse is located in the Lincoln Park area of the Capitol Hill neighborhood, and is about 10-15 minutes on bike to the National Mall, 25 minute metro, or a 30-40 minute walk.  The room is 1200/month, inclusive, and is available starting at least by June 7th, possibly earlier, and would need to be occupied through the end of August.  The bedroom is unfurnished.

This would be a great option for anyone doing a short summer internship in the area.  The residents are myself, a Mellon Fellow at the National Museum of the American Indian and a third year intern from Buffalo working at the National Gallery. We would love to keep the tradition of having a household of emerging conservators!
