Archival Art Services (Alexandria, VA) is accepting applications for a part time Sales & Frame Design position. This is not your ordinary sales job- you’ll be handling amazing art and designing at the highest level, while working with the best crew of creative experts in the business!
Qualified applicants will have a broad knowledge of art history, art materials and processes and possess a great aptitude for creative design. Prior framing design or fabrication experience is preferred. This position will average 16-24 daytime hours per week (Weds – Sat) with the possibility of becoming full time in the future.
Although Part Time, it is an important position for us to fill and one that will require significant training, so we are looking for someone who is passionate and very knowledgeable about art , art history, methods and materials and ideally, picture framing. Obviously, any past picture framing experience would be especially great.
Part Time, Starting Hourly Wage $18.00- $21.00, depending on experience.
