The Smithsonian Libraries and Archives (SLA) is pleased to announce an opening for a GS-9 Book Conservator. This is a federal position, with promotion potential to the GS-11 level, and is open to current federal employees and the public. The position closes July 25th.
As part of the Preservation Services Department, the conservator will work with a team of three to provide conservation treatment of bound and unbound SLA special and general collections materials.
