A lecture focusing on the first hand accounts of Emergency Support Function ESF #11 Mission Assignment to Puerto Rico in November, and a second team sent in December. There will also be a section on a mission to assist the US Virgin Islands. Topics to be discussed:
Assessing damage and providing assistance after disaster is declared in Puerto Rico following Hurricanes, visitations to affected governmental and cultural heritage institutions, three day-long trainings in heritage response given across the island.
