The Washington Conservation Guild has been invited to visit Glenstone Museum in Potomac, Maryland on Monday, November 12 at 1:00.
Our fellow members, Steven O’Banion and Samantha Owens, Glenstone’s conservation team, will join us and provide insights from their experiences moving into the new Pavilions. We are happy to offer this tour to our current members (so please join or renew your membership if you haven’t already).
Comfortable shoes are encouraged as the visit will begin with a walk through the landscape to the Pavilions and proceed to the Gallery and outdoor sculptures, as time permits. Expect to spend about two hours at Glenstone. Further visitor guidelines can be found here: http://www.glenstone.org/visitor-guidelines.
The tour is limited to 20 people and RSVPs must be made by Wednesday, October 24th. To reserve your space, please email rsvp@washingtonconservationguild.org with the subject line “Glenstone Tour” and your name.
For more information on Glenstone, including directions, visit http://www.glenstone.org/. We hope you will join us for this exciting, exclusive opportunity.
